致赫尔辛基福音堂会友，

2024年教会年会将于11月17日召开，届时将会有执事选举。以下的信息同时将会用电邮发给教会会员。

新执事候选人提名时间10月2日至10月13日。

提名资格：

  1. 已登记为本教会会员的弟兄姊妹都可参与提名
  2. 常规参加教会二年以上（至少满二年）的会员才具备被提名并选为执事的资格 (章程 6.7.3)

提名流程:

  1. 提名采用纸质表格方式，可到接待处领取填写完后投入采集箱，或回复教会发出的电邮提名执事候选人，提名人须签署个人姓名，以便确认会员身份
  2. 合资格信徒 (获得两票以上提名), 经会友提名且获得另外一位会友和议后递交执事会, 经教牧同工及执事会同意后成为有效的候选人
  3. 牧师与候选人就个人的参选意愿和呼召进行约谈
  4. 11月3日向会友公布候选人名单及在会员大会里进行选票

附注：本届执事会成员陈雅媛，罗嘉莉和姚保京两年任期已满，因此需要从新给提名才能成为下一届的候选人。

To our members of NCCC Helsinki,

On the upcoming annual meeting 17/11, church will have a new board members election. The same information has been sent to our church members via email.

New board candidates endoresement time 2/10 – 13/10.

Criteria:

  1. All the church members can endorse
  2. Only church members with min. 2 years of membership are qualified to be endoresed (constitution 6.7.3)

Procedure:

  1. Endorse using paper form and return it back to church or by replying this email sent by board
  2. The ones meeting the criteria and receives 2 or more endorsements will be evaluated by the board to become an official candidate
  3. Candidates will have a discussion with pastor to confirm their willingness and calling
  4. 3/11 confirmed candidates will be informed to church members and go through the voting, election procedure at the annual meeting

Please notice, from the current board, Ahwoon Chan, Jiali Lip and Baojing Yao have fulfilled their two years of commitment, hence needing to be re-endorsed to become a board candidate for next year’s board.
